JEFF MADISON // CHAPTER DIRECTOR

Jeff Madison grew up in Kansas City and graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications. He served in his local church and his campus ministry, StuMo, where his heart for discipleship took off. Jeff spent his college summers working at Kanakuk Kamps and attended the Kanakuk Institute upon graduation. He has since worked with youth at Kanakuk’s gap year program called Link Year. Along with discipleship, Jeff enjoys playing music, going on adventures, and cheering on the Kansas State Wildcats!

LIZ MCKENNA // WOMENS DIRECTOR

Liz McKenna is from St. Louis, Missouri and attended Murray State Univeristy in the great state of Kentucky. She studied Non-Profit Leadership and Management with a minor of Graphic Communications. Kanakuk K-2 summer camp was her home each summer for the six years. After college, she attended the Kanakuk Institute for a year in Branson, Missouri. Liz is passionate about creating fun atmospheres to develop intentional relationships for discipleship. She is always trying out a new hobby and filling her time decorating for the next celebration!

WESLEY SACHS// MENS DIRECTOR

Wesley Sachs was raised in Edmond, Oklahoma and went to Oklahoma State University where he majored in Psychology and minored in Speech Communication. He served with Stillwater middle schoolers through Young Life where he learned to love student ministry. Wes spent the past five summers working at Kanakuk K-West as a Counselor, Athletic Director, and Safety Officer. It is during this time in college that Wes experienced discipleship and gained the desire to do the same with the next generation. After graduation, he attended the Kanakuk Institute in Branson. In his spare time, you can find Wes golfing, fly fishing, running, or intently watching college football.
